During my recent stay, I had a great experience with the dining staff. They managed the breakfast rush efficiently while providing all the necessary information about the options available. It was impressive to see how they maintained a pleasant attitude under pressure.
We faced an issue with our reserved room. It was frustrating to find out upon arrival that it was not available as planned, which was unprofessional and added stress to our trip.

After the initial excitement, it became clear that the hotel lacked attention to detail. From hearing poolside conversations on the fourth floor to a broken door handle that kept us from accessing our balcony, it felt like issues were overlooked. The sofa bed offered an uncomfortable sleeping arrangement with disconnected pads instead of a proper mattress. Additionally, a standout inconvenience was the limited number of towels provided. we were given only two for three guests. Lastly, there were no coffee options available in the lobby in the morning, which I found rather disappointing.

Perfect for a couple's getaway
The staff was super friendly, and the location was spot on for exploring Savannah. One night, we enjoyed swimming just before sunset—totally relaxing! The lobby's vibe was great, and I can't forget the awesome water station by the front desk. The only bummer was the pricey parking, so keep that in mind.

Couple targets great location and relax
We loved the night swimming I was able to do my last night once they fixed the pool it was all just fantastic. Oh and that water station at the front desk? Actually kept us hydrated during our stay which is always a plus.
It wasn't the most affordable but acceptable for what we experienced.

The King Room was decent but had a few issues. While the bed was super comfy and we slept well, the cleanliness could definitely be improved. The bathroom felt a bit rundown, and it seemed like it could use a good deep clean. Didn’t love the overall vibe, though—it could use a makeover.
